Silvia Uscov, Managing Partner USCOV | Attorneys at law, in a new article published on juridice.ro, dealt with the question of establishing the competent court to resolve disputes concerning the civil liability for tort / delict based on medical malpractice.

The article was based on the legislative study and the presentation of the non-unitary jurisprudence in Romania, the conclusion being the necessity to promote an appeal in the interest of the law by the High Court of Cassation and Justice in order to establish that the competent court is the district court in whose jurisdiction the act of medical malpractice has been committed.
